Design Notes
It was attained from Bacillus sp. F2 by using PCR with the total genomic DNA of F2 as template. The two synthesized oligonucleotide primers were shown as below:
P1: 5’-AGTCTAGATGTAAGCTCTCTTCCGG-3’
P2:5’-CTCTCGAGCAATAAGGACGCAATG-3’
And the PCR runs under the settings as follows:
Then it was spliced with the DNA sequence for peptide CDS 7 with a synthetic constitutive promoters CP25.
Sourse
It’s origin is one strain named as Bacillus sp. F2, whose flocculent ability can reach 84%.
